With a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry, both locally and internationally, Alex’s motivation to create the best possible product has resulted in a diverse range of premium alternative wines.
More recently, Alex has set his sights on the world-renowned wine region of Piper’s River, Tasmania. Internationally known to produce some of the best Tasmania Wines (cool-climate wines) globally, Alex intends to create a range of unique wines in style and quality.
Alex Russell has also been personally involved in designing and creating one of the most innovative and state-of-the-art wineries in Australia. The new facility includes a state-of-the-art cellar door for tourists, which is an excellent example of how Alex’s vision for the future is creating an exceptional product that will allow his customers to experience their brand firsthand.
In addition to being an award-winning winemaker, Alex is also a highly respected wine judge with a record of over 20 years in the industry. He has been involved in judging and tasting wines from around the world, including Canada, New Zealand, Pacific Rim, Asia and Europe.
